My Story

I started searching for answers to healing and spiritual growth in 1990. I believe as a result of prayer and asking to be shown the way, I was guided and led to the training and certifications I needed to fulfill my purpose. 

I learned the Awakening Your Light Body, and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. As I continued my search I learned to connect with and receive guidance from my angels and guides. My curiosity and trainings in energy healing continued and I loved the journey of transformation. I got certified in Transformation Breathwork, which taught me the amazing power of the Breath.  

After a rather difficult period in my life, I received an Emotion Code/ Body Code session from a practitioner. After  just one session, I felt myself come home to my heart and once again felt peace return to me. I was hooked on the idea of muscle testing and asking the subconscious mind the answers to health, healing, wellness and right choice making. I jumped into an online training program with Dr. Bradley Nelson, founder of the Emotion Code and Body Code and once again my life took off to a whole new level of clarity and expansion. 

My certification was in 2018, and I then created a small practice working with clients on the phone as I continued to learn, evolve and experience this work. I decided to keep going and learning more about Dr. Brad’s work so I attended live seminars and became certified in Body Code and Belief Code in 2024.  This work has transformed my life, my relationships and my work. I utilize it in all of my coaching and healing sessions with clients and it is a delight to observe the changes in their lives as a result of this work.

I also utilize Access Consciousness and The Work of Byron Katie in my phone sessions. The power of these three modalities plus my ability to sense the subtle energy of my client has given me the perfect work.
